Today: my worries about the jury in Trump's trial + the usual pro-Trump and anti-government sentiment, but no organized plans for violence or demonstration on the forums
Jen’s worry of the day: as the jury in Trump’s trial enter deliberations, I’m concerned about what happens if he is found guilty. While I do not think there will be a massive organized action against them, I do wonder how (not if) Trump will turn his followers against those jurors and what action they will take in support of Trump’s grudge. The appetite for violence and punishing Trump’s enemies is crystalizing as a major threat for me as I read every day, and if there is a guilty verdict, it may be a first opportunity to see the power Trump has to effect action.
